I booted 2006-01 RC1 and RC3 CD and this error always appears, I tried all the other grub boot options and same result

Code:
dmesg|grep Failed
PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #6:20000@e0000000 for 0000:05:00.0

Code:
infobash
CPU[Dual AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile TL-52 clocked at 800.000 Mhz]
Kernel[Linux 2.6.17.13-kanotix-2 i686]  Up[-32min-]  Mem[-996.047/1009.79MB-]

Should I ignore it in order to install?

Yes, you can ignore it and install. There was an identical report in the German section of the forum for an Nvidia mobile graphics adapter, and I get a similar message for an Nvidia TNT2 graphics adapter on my old computer. Maybe it's a general problem of Nvidia graphics adapters, but it doesn't appear to have any adverse effects. Please post the output of lspci, so the developers can learn more about your hardware.

Well, I have that on my new Toshiba. With cheat acpi=off I don't get that. Side effect: I do not have sound with acpi on. So it is annoying.

Yeah, I don't have sound either
I've already tried alsaconf and play /usr/share/sounds/KDE_Logout.wav no sound. I guess I'll fix that after I install
