How can I set this to en_GB?
I set the default language to en_GB after reconfiguring locales but that didn't change it.
I've also tried changing it in /etc/environment.

Also, which of these is the correct locale to use for England?
en_GB ISO-8859-1
en_GB.ISO-8859-15 ISO-8859-15
en_GB.UTF-8 UTF-8
