Titel: Computer Wont autimatically Shut Down

| Im Using Kanotix that install to my Hard disk about a few months ago...Starting Yesterday, When i'm Shutting Down The Computer, the process runs well till stopping all device, then Lastly Power Down....but, it does not turn off my PC automatically as always it does, anybody's know why ? thanks |

may be a lock-file not allowing to schutdown the system korrectly.
Boot the system from CD and do a fschk.FS /dev/hda1 or /dev/hdWhere you installed the system. |

| Yeah, Just do What are U suggesting, and it goes find now, Computer will Power Off automatically after im shut down PC....Thanks so much.. |
