Hello to all users,
Ive got a strange one, installed 2006 RC4 no problem even got wireless and WPA working ..great !
Only issue I have is sound, I ran aslaconf and it detected my old ISA soundcard in my laptop Yamaha OPL3SA2 no problem.
And the sound was fine, except when I rebooted...
I get an error pop up on the desktop...saying it's an
"Infoemational - artsmessage"
"Sound Server informational message
Error while initializing the sound driver
device /dev/dsp can't be opened (No such file or directory)
The sound server will continue using the null output device"
If I again run "alsaconf" all is well until I reboot..
Can anyone help !
