Hi ,,
The joke is on me with RC1, no TV and no printing.
I have a TV card issue has absolutely nothing to do with Kmix, nichts, the Leadtek Winfast 2000XP pci card--- is simply not picked up after HD install, as no broadcast stations are tuned in kdetv, despite proper configuration---which same configuration works in the CD live boot.
Interestingly, if one configures ,on live CD, kdetv before install, then after HD install, only 1 staion out of 5 appears, and works but nothing else can be tuned in kdetv and same for tvtime, after it is installed and configured.
Bizarre, guess someone else out there may have my card, and may eventually report problems also.
And what about printing, everthing looks good, but no output, and I reinstalled cupsys with no improvement.

Guess I have had enough of RC1 for now,and you have probably had enough of my reporting---so back to 2006-04
