Okay, das sieht nach einem Problem mit dem Bios/Interrupts aus. Probier mal folgende Cheatcodes (alternativ, nicht kumulativ; Kerneloptionen funktionieren übrigens auch bei HD-Install):
acpi=off
noapic
irqpoll
pci=routeirq
Hat leider all alles nichts geholfen also habe ich die Idee mit der neuen Netzwerkkarte aufgegriffen. damit hat es geklappt.

Den Kernel installiere ich gerade mit dem kanotix-update-gui von Andreas loibl. muß ich anschließend nicht alle device bezeichnungen in der fstab und im gurb boot-menu änderen wenn ich wieder ohne den Parameter "all-generic-ide" starten will. Die müssten dann doch sdaX bei sata heisen oder ?
