Xorg is updating, inc a new x11-common
When [or IF] asked, hit 'Y''
Code:
*** x11-common (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ?
Y [enter]
its a trivial , 'Y' is best, 'N' willdo |

Any reason why I wouldn't have been asked the question?
Everything seems to have updated OK.

Well, I saw the question on early morning but said no. Am I doomed now? |

Crest hat folgendes geschrieben::

etorix:
Can you just post the content of the 'new' x11-common? Shouldn't be to hard to see the difference with my old (2006-1 RC3) version. |

Mine, which upgraded but didn't ask the question reads :
Code:
! $Id: x11-common 3893 2006-10-23 23:11:50Z julien $
! load color-specific resources for clients that have them
#ifdef COLOR
*customization: -color
#endif
! make Xaw (Athena widget set) clients understand the delete key
! this causes problems with some non-Xaw apps, use with care
! *Text.translations: #override ~Shift ~Meta <Key>Delete: delete-next-character()
Why the difference?

! load color-specific resources for clients that have them
#ifdef COLOR
*customization: -color
#endif
! make Xaw (Athena widget set) clients understand the delete key
! this causes problems with some non-Xaw apps, use with care
! *Text.translations: #override ~Shift ~Meta <Key>Delete: delete-next-character()
